A nearsighted young lady dreamt she belonged in a place she couldn’t remember.
An undocumented street performer dreamt of a home he never knew.
They find their homes in the past or in a future they never imagined
----beyond the borders of their dreams?
A terrified teen is trapped on a boat by her mobster stepfather to hide a secret and stop her from running away with her undocumented boyfriend. When the boat explodes, she cannot remember him, and he cannot recognize her. Now, she’ll be killed if she recalls the mob’s secret. But with some peculiar helpers---a hard-of-hearing nun, overcaffeinated wrestler, lustful ghost mother, and singing dog---she begins a poignant yet comical search for courage, identity, and home.
